On schedule, OPPO launched the Find X10 Series globally. And yes, these phones are now available for pre-order in the Philippines.
Meet OPPO Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max

A week ago, team GIZGUIDE was among the few tech media outlets and creators in the Philippines who had the chance to get a quick hands-on look at the devices.

Anyway, here's our first look at the new OPPO Find X10 (PHP 99,999 SRP) and Find X10 Pro Max (PHP 129,999 SRP).

Could this be the proper iPhone 18 Pro Series competitor/killer?

True high-end builds with an intact identity

It seems that OPPO has finally found a consistent design language for its high-end phones. They look streamlined and familiar, with subtle refinements that help each model stand out.

Intact identity, not a copycat

The two phones clearly build on the design of last year's Find X9 Series. This time, however, both feature a rectangular camera module, making it look like all the cameras, sensors, and flash are part of a unified system.

The OPPO Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max flagships both utilize a precision-machined aluminum alloy frame paired with a premium velvet-textured glass back.
Super-slim bezels

In front, the bezels on the Find X10 are among the slimmest around at just 0.99mm. The Find X10 Pro Max is also impressively slim at 1.15mm while offering a crisp 1.5K resolution and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness, resulting in an immersive viewing experience.

Immersive, color-accurate-looking displays

These displays even feature Splash Touch technology, allowing the screens to remain usable even when wet.

Both phones are remarkably slim, measuring just 8.35mm to 8.40mm thick despite packing a massive 6,000mAh battery and upgraded internals.

OPPO also claims that both devices are highly durable, featuring IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, as well as SGS 5-Star Drop Resistance certification.

All ports and buttons are located in familiar positions. Unlike the Find X9 Pro and Find X9 Ultra, the Find X10 Pro Max doesn't have a dedicated camera shutter key anymore.

Last year, the Find X9 had an excellent AMOLED display, but it used an LTPS panel instead of LTPO. This year, both the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max feature LTPO panels with a variable 1Hz to 120Hz refresh rate for improved power efficiency and smoother transitions between refresh rates. In general, these are higher-quality displays.

Overall, I find the design and build quality of both phones very attractive. The Find X10 will likely appeal to users looking for a more compact device, while the Find X10 Pro Max feels just right for those who prefer a larger smartphone.

The vanilla Find X10 is packed with the Dual 200MP Hasselblad Camera System consisting of a 200MP main camera and a 200MP telephoto camera, complemented by a 50MP ultra-wide shooter, a 50MP selfie camera, and the same 3.2MP True Color Camera with LUMO True Image Engine.

It also has support for 4K 120fps and 8K 30fps video recording, O-Log2, Open Gate Capture, and compatibility with the OPPO Hasselblad Teleconverter for enhanced long-range photography.

OPPO Find X10 Pro Max is the brand's ultimate imaging flagship, headlined by the world's first Hasselblad Triple 200MP Camera System.

The setup consists of a 200MP f/1.5 Samsung ISOCELL HPC main camera with OIS, a 200MP f/2.2 Samsung ISOCELL HP5 ultra-wide camera with autofocus and 4cm macro capability, and a 200MP f/2.1 Samsung ISOCELL HP5 telephoto camera with OIS, offering a 70mm equivalent focal length and a minimum focusing distance of 10cm. These are complemented by a 3.2MP f/2.4 Multispectral Pixels True Color Camera and OPPO's new LUMO True Image Engine for more natural color, tone, and texture reproduction.

In the camera department, both are powerhouses!

For creators, the device supports 4K 120fps and 8K 30fps video recording across all rear cameras, as well as Open Gate Capture, O-Log2, and compatibility with the optional Hasselblad Teleconverter, enabling up to 10x optical zoom for extended reach.

Meanwhile, selfies are handled by a 50MP f/2.4 Samsung ISOCELL JN5 front camera with autofocus, designed to deliver detailed self-portraits and sharper video calls.

Possible advantages of these setups include higher-detail photos, improved crop quality, sharper long-range shots, greater shooting versatility, and more consistent color reproduction across all cameras.

Based on our initial testing, the cameras on both devices are impressive, with the Find X10 Pro Max taking things to another level. As a Find X9 Ultra owner, I can confidently say that the Find X10 Pro Max is capable of competing with it in overall image quality. It can also record 8K video across all rear cameras, including the ultra-wide, and delivers slightly faster shooting performance.

OPPO also improved the recording capabilities of both phones. The Find X10 Pro Max even packs four microphones instead of three on the vanilla Find X10 for better audio recording.

For specs, both are very powerful and could probably run any modern tasks, even the demanding ones.

Powering the device is the flagship 2nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro processor paired with a massive 8,000mAh Silicon-Carbon battery, supported by 80W SUPERVOOC wired fast charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. The vanilla Find X10 has the still very capable 3nm MTK Dimensity 9600M.

It runs ColorOS 17, which introduces enhanced system-level AI features. Headlining the experience is AI Mind Pilot with Agent Mode, designed to interact directly with on-device photos and files, search across different sources of information, and execute multi-step tasks such as organizing files, planning trips, creating presentations, and building webpages. OPPO says the feature is powered by its collaboration with Manus, combining advanced agentic AI capabilities with deep system integration.

The Find X10 Series also comes with AI Photo Agent, a smart photo-editing suite capable of analyzing images, recommending enhancements, performing edits through natural language commands, and matching the style, color palette, and mood of reference photos using a feature called Style Match.

For long-term software support, both the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max are guaranteed to receive five major Android OS upgrades, starting with Android 17-based ColorOS 17, along with six years of security updates from launch.

Note: Most of the units we tried were not yet running the final software, so we weren't able to maximize our time with them. Once our official retail units arrive, we will update this post.

Quick thoughts

Based on what we initially saw, the Find X10 Series brings meaningful and notable upgrades over the previous generation.

Both phones feature improvements in durability, display technology, and processing power, all while packing a massive 8,000mAh Silicon-Carbon battery inside a relatively slim body.

The biggest upgrades, however, are in the camera department. The vanilla Find X10 now comes with a more capable 200MP main camera, upgraded telephoto cameras, and a higher-resolution 50MP selfie shooter.

Meanwhile, the Find X10 Pro Max raises the bar further with the world's first triple 200MP rear camera system, a feat that mobile photography enthusiasts, tech media, and creators like the GIZGUIDE team will surely appreciate.

These devices are clearly positioned to compete with the new iPhone 18 Pro Series, which partly explains their premium pricing that starts above the PHP 99,000 mark.

Again, note that this is just our first look, not yet a review.
