Maximum flexibility and security for customers

More activities are now done digitally, whether it's for work, business, or personal needs. By launching ING Pay, the bank now allows to transact by using their ING mobile app instead of debit cards. ING Philippines country manager Hans Sicat said,

We have received very encouraging results since our launch in 2018 with our entry product–ING Save Account. The launch of ING Pay today further demonstrates our commitment to empower customers as they look for a safer and more efficient way to make payments and transactions in the midst of the pandemic. Now ING customers can transact digitally at the convenience of their home. We take the hassle out of payments so our customers can spend more time on the things that matter to them.

He added that ING Pay will now collaborate with its savings account to offer the highest interest rate in the market. In addition to that, he explained that customers can continue to avail a fully mobile account opening experience with just one government-issued ID. 

They can also have many digital options to fund the ING Pay and ING Save accounts using PESONet, InstaPay, or mobile check deposit via the ING app. It also means easier means of a transaction with pre-enrolled billers plus FREE instant fund transfers.

On top of that, ING is giving 5 percent cashback on all valid purchases using the Pay cards. Promo is until December 31, 2020.

The bank's tagline, "Do your thing", aims to push people to do more of the things they are passionate about by lessening conflicts and simplifying the banking process.
