OPPO A53 2020 with 90Hz screen arrives in PH for PHP 8,990!

OPPO earlier launched the 2020 version of OPPO A53 in the Philippines.

This new version now sports a large screen with a punch-hole and high refresh rate, an upgraded 11nm SoC chip, and a bigger battery capacity with faster USB-C charging.

In particular, this device highlights a 6.5-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 20:9 screen aspect ratio, and a left-aligned punch-hole housing the 16MP f/2.0 front-facing camera.

Under the hood, you'll find a 2.0GHz 11nm Snapdragon 460 octa-core processor, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, 64GB UFS 2.1 expandable storage, 5,000mAh battery with USB-C 18W fast charging, and a 13MP + 2MP + 2MP triple-camera setup.

The handset also features a fingerprint reader at the back, WiFi ac, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual SIM slots. It loads with Android 10.0 OS with ColorOS 7.2 skin on top.

On paper, this is the most affordable phone in the country with a high refresh rate display yet.
