OPPO Reno5 5G teased to arrive soon the Philippines!

On Facebook, OPPO Philippines recently posted a teaser post with a video of the Reno5's features with the caption of 'coming soon'.

OPPO Reno 5 5G teased to arrive in the Philippines!

In December 2020, OPPO announced the Reno5 Pro 5G and Reno5 5G in China. Today, OPPO announced the Reno5 Pro 5G in India. 

To recap, the OPPO Reno5 5G China-only variant features a large 6.43-inch OLED display with 2400 x 1080 resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and a punch hole. Inside is the 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor, Adreno 620 GPU, 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB/256GB UFS 2.0, and 4300mAh battery with 65W Super Flash Charge. It comes with ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11.

On the punch-hole is a 32MP f/2.4 selfie camera while at the back is a 64MP f/1.7 main camera, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera, 2MP f/2.4 macro camera, 2MP f/2.4. monochrome camera and an LED flash.

After the announcement in India, OPPO Philippines posted on its official Facebook page a short video that features the Reno5 5G and some of its features. Aside from the video, the caption reads 'Step up your inner creativity with the AI Mixed Portrait and create surreal image effects with a few clicks. Get ready for new ways to #PictureLifeTogether with #OPPOReno5. Coming soon!'

What does OPPO mean by 'surreal image effects'? I guess we will find out when OPPO Philippines officially announces the OPPO Reno5 5G. 

There is no word yet on when it will arrive and how much it will cost in the Philippines.
