vivo X60 Pro+ is the flagship version of the X60 and X60 Pro released back on December 29 last year.

Similar to the lower-end X60 phones, this device is sporting a 19.8:9 6.56-inch E3 AMOLED punch-hole screen with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1300 nits brightness, 92 percent screen-to-body ratio, and In-Display fingerprint scanner.

But at the back, it now features the more premium leather material in Classic Orange and Phantom Blue colors instead of glass.

Inside, this device is boasting Qualcomm's 5nm Snapdragon 888 octa-core chipset with Prime Cortex-X1 core clocked at 2.84GHz, Adreno 660 GPU, and an integrated X60 5G modem.

It is paired with either 8GB RAM LPDDR5/128GB UFS 3.1 storage or 12GB RAM LPDDR5/256GB UFS 3.1 storage and a 4,200mAh battery with a USB-C 55W charging. Just note that there's no wireless charging happening here unlike a lot of high-end devices.

This also goes with the HiFi Cirrus CS4313 DAC, WiFi 802.11 ax, 5G SA/NSA, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2 (SBC, AAC, aptX HD, LDAC), GPS (L1 + L5), GLONASS, and dual SIM slots.

The phone runs with vivo's new OriginOS 1.0 skin based on Android 11 OS.

It measures 158.59 x 73.35 x 9.10 mm and weighs 190 grams.

For cameras, here's what made this device very special:

Camera setup

The first camera is a massive 1/1.3-inch 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor with an f/1.57 aperture size. Just note that the 1/1.3-inch sensor size is massive for a smartphone.

It is paired with a 48MP f/2.2 Sony IMX598 114-degree ultra-wide-angle camera with 4-axis gimbal OIS that can correct up to ±3-degree of movements, 32MP f/2.0 50mm portrait camera, and an 8MP f/3.4 periscope camera with 5x optical zoom and OIS.

The first two large lenses come with Zeiss T* lens coating to help guide light transmission. It even has a nano-crystalline structure.

This setup made the phone have the ability to shoot up 60x digital zoom images, 4K HDR10+ videos, and 8K videos.

For low light shooting, it has the Super Night Mode 2.0 tech that works at just 0.01 lux. It has an improved sensitivity of 38 percent and a focus accuracy of 22 percent.

In front, it has a single 32MP f/2.45 selfie camera found on the punch-hole of the phone.
