Established around 2016, Lalamove PH performs same-day deliveries within Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Cebu with the help of up to 200,000 drivers. This time, it will be able to provide accessible and holistic benefits for its drivers with its collaboration with ALLCARE.

ALLCARE is said to be the first digital benefits platform for worker segments like SMEs, startups, freelancers, and others. Through this partnership, they are recognizing the significance of delivery partners who are still serving the customers despite the risks and challenges. CEO and Co-founder of the company Cindy Burdette said,

Aside from this, ALLCARE is offering  24/7 Telehealth service, free online mental health counseling, and eye exam with discounts up to 20 percent for frames and lenses. 

Partner drivers will also benefit from ALLCARE's hands-on member support group to assist them in case of medical emergencies or accidents. They can also choose to add other benefits for themselves and their families at relatively affordable prices. 

ALLCARE's MyBenefits Dashboard includes additional wellness products such as telehealth family plan, personal accident insurance, and other coverages. With their Panalomove program, Lalamove explained that their goal is to equip their riders in terms of personal and vehicular needs. By partnering with ALLCARE, the support is also extended to the families of the drivers.
