Teased ahead of June 28 launch
In China, Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of its upcoming Mi TV 6 series this coming June 28, 2021. The company also revealed that the new TV lineup will come with a new smart TV series called Mi TV ES 2022 thru its official Weibo account.
On a recent post from its official Weibo page, Xiaomi reveals that the new Mi TV ES 2022 series will be priced around CNY 4000 (or around PHP 30,000) and will come with features that are yet to be seen in the price segment. It will come with multi-zone local dimming, high maximum brightness, and great color accuracy.
The new Mi TV ES 2022 series will come in a super-thin body and frame that Xiaomi says is burden-less and offers a full-screen experience. The company claims that it will also come with powerful built-in speakers and is coupled with an array of far-field microphones for hands-free voice control.
Lastly, the new TVs are designed to work seamlessly with the Xiaomi Ecosystem and will come with eye-protection certification, and will limit blue light emissions. The TV will come in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch variants.
