Xiaomi announces Mi Watch Revolve Active smartwatch with SpO2 sensor

In India, Xiaomi has just launched the Mi Watch Revolve Active.

Mi Watch Revolve Active is a new iteration of the Watch Revolve last year. It now comes with the SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen monitoring and a lighter weight at 32 grams.

To recap, SpO2 measurements can provide early indications of conditions like sleep apnea, COVID-19, and lung diseases.

In terms of design, it is similar to the original Revolve. It uses silicon straps, buckle closure for better grip on the wrist, and 5 ATM of water resistance. It has a magnetic charging pod at the back as well. This is available in Beige, Black, and Navy Blue watch case options and Black, Blue, Green, White, and Purple strap options.

In front, it has a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 454 x 454 resolution and 450 nits of peak brightness as well as the Always On Display technology.

Apart from SpO2, the watch also has VO2 Max sensor that measures the maximum oxygen consumption during intense workout sessions. It also monitors vital signs, breathing, and continuously records up to 30 days of resting heart rate.

The watch also highlights a built-in GPS (12nm Airoha GPS chip) that that supports synchronous positioning by four major positioning systems: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BDS. It also has over 117 sports modes with 17 professional sports modes, professional workout modes like yoga, HIIT, and swimming, among others.

Mi Watch Revolve Active also has support for Alexa integration and approximately 14 days of total battery life using its 420mAh battery. There is a "Long Battery" mode for up to 22 days of battery life and up to 50 hours of Outdoor Sports mode.

The watch also highlights plenty of other features like a body energy monitor, call and text notifications, music control, in-built Alexa support, stopwatch, alarm, timer, Find My Phone, flashlight, and more.

Xiaomi Mi Watch Revolve Active - INR 9,999 (around PHP 6.5K)

The device has an early bird offer of INR 8,999 in India. It will go on sale in select retail channels in the region starting June 25. The SRP after that is INR 9,999.

There is no info if the company will make it available in other parts of the world including the Philippines.
