OnePlus teases its own dual-screen phone on eve of Samsung's Unpack event

OnePlus on Twitter earlier teased the company's very own mystery foldable-looking device scheduled to be unveiled on August 11 at 10 AM ET.

OnePlus dual-screen phone?

OnePlus hasn't shared much about the said device. But, it is clear that the company is trying to steal the spotlight from the Samsung "Unpacked" event later where the South Korean firm is also expected to launch their own foldable phones.

Going to the device, it appears to have a flexible display similar to the of Huawei and Samsung foldable devices. But, upon close inspection, it has two screens joined by a hinge in the middle probably inspired by Microsoft Surface Duo or the older LG phones.

The good thing here is it is sleeker and more modern-looking. Likely, it will be tougher than foldable phones as well.

The device also appears to have minimal bezels, a volume rocker on the left, a power key, and an alert slider on the right. We are unsure if the power key will also act as the fingerprint scanner.

Now let's wait and see what will OnePlus reveal later.
