Sony launches the X-Series Portable Wireless Speakers in the Philippines—starts at PHP 16,999
Sony Philippines announced the arrival of three X-Series speakers in the country. These are the SRS-XP700, XP500, and XG500 wireless speakers.

The Sony X-Series Wireless Speakers feature the brand's X-Balanced Speaker units that give pressure and less distorted sound by maximizing the area of the speaker. This results in richer and clearer sounds.
The XP700 features several High-efficiency Tweeters specifically two at the front and one at the back. The XP500 and XG500 have two front tweeters each. The X-Series also comes with inputs for microphones and instruments like a guitar. It can also connect via Bluetooth for easy wireless music streaming. The Party Connect feature allows you to daisy chain them to up to 100 compatible speakers for a synchronized party ambiance.
For portability, the X-Series speakers also feature a convenient handle that makes carrying it easy. The XG500 even comes with IP66 dust and water resistance while the XP700 and XP500 come with IPX4 water resistance. In terms of charging, it comes with quick charging technology as well as Battery Care Mode to expand the battery lifespan.
