MediaTek reveals 4nm Dimensity 9000 with Cortex-X2 Ultra-Core!
Global chip giant MediaTek today launched the world's first TSMC 4nm smartphone SoC called Dimensity 9000.

MediaTek has a new BEASTLY processor!
The Dimensity 9000 uses the new Armv9 architecture CPUs boasting 1x Cortex-X2 Ultra-Core clocked at 3.05GHz + 3x Cortex-A710 Super-Cores clocked at 2.85GHz + 4x Cortex-A510 Efficiency Cores.

For GPU, it is the world's first ARM Mali-G710 MC10 GPU with the first raytracing SDK using Vulkan for Android.
It also has support for 180Hz FHD+ displays and LPDDR5X 7,500 Mbps RAM support.
The device also highlights a 5th Generation AI (APU) processor with up to 4x power efficiency versus the last generation and leading ETHZ benchmark performance.
For connectivity, it is using WiFi 6E 2x2 (BWM160) with up to 2x better performance efficiency and support for 6GHz tech, the only 3GPP Release-16 standard 5G connectivity with the world's first 3CC carrier aggregation up tp 7 Gbps via sub-6GHz, world's first Bluetooth 5.3 support in smartphones, Bluetooth LE audio with Dual-Lunk True Wireless Stereo Audio, and new BeiDou III-B1C GNSS support.
The first smartphone powered by the new Dimensity 9000 will be arriving in late Q1 2022 globally.
