Motorola just recently announced the Moto G51 in China and it is also the first handset to get the new Snapdragon 480+ SoC.

At the front, the smartphone uses a centered punch-hole display with slim bezels on each side and a small chin bezel below. Flipping it back, the phone has a metal body with symmetrical shaped sides and corners. You can also see the triple rear cameras and LED flash as well as the logo of the brand at the center.

The Moto G51 is equipped with a 6.8-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz high refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Like we mentioned, inside the phone is the newly released 8nm Snapdragon 480+ SoC with now a higher clock speed of up to 2.2GHz and faster Adreno 619 GPU. It is then paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB for storage.

It uses a 5,000mAh battery but only supports the standard 10W charging which means charging the phone to full will take a while.

For the cameras, it has a 50MP main sensor, followed by 8MP ultrawide-angle lens and a 2MP depth shooter.

Other features included are Dolby stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. For connectivity, It has WiFi, dual 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.2, and for OS it comes with MYUI 2.0 based on Android 11 made for Chinese users and has many customization options.

China price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Motorola Moto G51 8GB/128GB - CNY 1,499 (around PHP 11.8K)

Currently, the phone is exclusive to China Mobile consumers. There's no word yet for its availability in the Philippines.
