vivomove Sport is a combination of classic style and function

The popular smartwatch brand introduced the vívomove Sport for those who want to be stylish and at the same time aware of their health and fitness. It boasts an array of health and wellness tools such as  Body BatteryTM energy monitoring, all-day stress tracking, and advanced sleep monitoring. Garmin Asia Director Scoppen Lin explained,

Garmin Philippines continues to expand its vívomove series, a unique product line within the Garmin wearable family, with the arrival of the entry-level vívomove Sport, making it more accessible to Filipinos in the country. A smartwatch is only useful if you wear it, and we know that many people still want the look of a traditional timepiece with real hands. With vívomove Sport, you can have the best of both worlds at a friendly price point.

The vívomove Sport seems like a traditional watch because of the real ticking watch hands, but it has the functionalities of a smartwatch. The hands automatically move away so the user can interact with the touchscreen.

It got a silicone band color-coordinated watch dial in soft green and warm colors. The watch comes in 4 elegant colors: Ivory, Cocoa, Cool Mint, and Black.

According to Garmin, its battery can last up to 5 days in smartwatch mode with up to an additional day in watch mode. It's also compatible with either Android or iOS smartphones.

For workouts, the vivomove Sport features built-in sports apps for yoga, strength, Pilates, cardio, treadmill, cycling, and others. It allegedly connects to a compatible device's GPS to accurately track distance and pace during exercise. It also includes safety tracking features that can send a message with the user's location to their emergency contacts.

Moreover, the wearable provides health-related data by monitoring respiration, Pulse Ox1, stress, advanced sleep (with sleep stages), hydration logging, and 24/7 heart rate. It also tracks "body battery" to show the body's current energy level which can help with scheduling workouts, big events, and understanding when it is time to slow down.

Garmin also equipped this watch with a lot of extra features for women. This includes menstrual cycle tracking and pregnancy tracking. It assists women during each stage of their reproductive cycle with the ability to log symptoms alongside their other health and wellness data in the Garmin Connect app.

Lastly, it features breathwork activities to guide the user through a relaxing series of breaths and holds for focus and stress relief.
