The nubia Z40 Pro is now official in China featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and a 144Hz FHD+ screen. It also has magnetic charging!

It features flagship specs all around!

For the design, it has a flat look with sharp corners instead of curved edges. It also has a big camera island at the back with a vertical triple camera setup with a reflective surface in the right with nubia branding. In front, it has a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 100 percent DCI-P3 color coverage, and 1,000 nits brightness.

Inside, it has the 3.0GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core processor, a next-gen Adreno GPU, up to 16GB RAM, up to 1TB internal storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, The Gravity Edition variant comes with a smaller 4,600mAh battery with 66W wired charging and its own magnetic charging technology. This is touted as the first in the Android space.

For the cameras, it has a triple-camera system at the back with a 64MP f/1.6 Sony IMX787 main sensor with OIS + 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor + 8MP telephoto shooter with 5X zoom and LED flash. It also has a 16MP selfie camera.

The nubia Z40 Pro has a USB 3.1 port with a USB-C connection, NFC, and a fingerprint scanner built into the display. However, the gadget lacks a microSD slot and a 3.5mm audio connector.
