Huawei nova 9 SE with 108MP camera is now official in the Philippines, priced at PHP 13,999!

Huawei on schedule today launched its newest camera-focused mid-ranger called nova 9 SE.

Huawei nova 9 SE is now official in the Philippines!

It borrows a similar design from the nova 9 by using 3D curved glass in Crystal Blue, Pearl White, and Midnight Black colors at the back and a .78-inch 2.5D curved TFT LCD (IPS) screen w/ 90Hz refresh rate, 270Hz touch sampling rate, FHD+ 2388 x 1080 resolution at 387 ppi, and a top-center punch-hole with 16MP f/2.2 selfie camera in front.

Under the hood, the device is using Qualcomm's 2.4GHz 6nm Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor with Adreno 610 GPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with USB-C 66W SuperCharge technology. To keep the device cool and prevent lag, Huawei added a graphene heat dissipation system.

Apart from the super-fast charging speed, the other thing that made the device special for the price is its use of a massive main camera.

In particular, the nova 9 SE is boasting a 108MP primary shooter with f/1.9 aperture size, 1/1.52-inch sensor size, and 2.1µm 9-in-1 fusion pixels. Huawei said that this will allow the device to take crisp images in most lighting conditions even in low light.

It is paired with an 8MP 112-degree ultra-wide-angle camera, 2MP f/2.4 4cm macro camera, and an LED flash.

Completing the specs, the device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint reader, single speaker, 3.5mm headphone jack slot, dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and dual nano SIM slots.
