At the core of the new powerhouse is the 26.16MP X-Trans CMOS 5 HS BSI Stacked sensor with IBIS and the new X-Processor 5 with double the RAM.

This pairing enables the new camera to capture up to 40 frames per second stills with no crop and no blackout with the Electronic shutter.

The camera can now also capture up to 6.2K at 30 fps or 4K at 120 fps of video. The camera saves these files into one UHS-II card and to one CFexpress Type-B card slot.

File formats supported for photos include JPEG, 14-bit RAW, 8/16-bit TIFF, and HEIF while video formats include Apple ProRes, 4:2:2 internally, and record Blackmagic RAW and Apple ProRes externally.

At the back is a 5.76 million dot electronic viewfinder with a 0.8x magnification. Below is the 3.0-inch 1.62K-dot fully-articulating touch screen.

The camera also comes with all the Fujifilm Film Simulations along with the new Nostalgic Negative.
