Huawei Watch Fit 2 with 1.74-inch AMOLED screen arrive in PH, priced at PHP 6,499
China-based tech titan Huawei yesterday announced the official local price tag of the newly launched Watch Fit 2.

The Watch Fit 2 is the upgrade of the first Watch Fit with several improvements in design, display, and set of features.

As expected, it is a stylish-looking fitness band in a different case and strap designs in Classic and Active Editions. It also features the "Link" design to make switching straps as easy as swapping bracelets in a press.

It also has 5 ATM water resistance that allows the device to survive up to 50 meters in water. This means that it can be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean, but Huawei is not recommending using it for scuba diving, waterskiing, or other activities involving high-velocity water or submersion below shallow depth.
In front, it uses a 1.74-inch tall display with a 72.2 percent screen-to-body ratio, a large display area of 18.6 percent, and super-slim bezels.
Huawei is also boasting that it has creative AOD designs with "stunning watch faces" and a "boundless" Watch Face Store.
It even has the tap to transfer feature that allows its users to set a picture from their phone as your watch face by transferring it to the watch with just a tap.
For fitness, Huawei is boasting that it has 97 different workout modes, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, quick workout animations, all-day SpO2 Monitoring, sleep monitoring, stress tracker, and menstruation cycle tracker.
The Watch also has Bluetooth calling support, quick message replies, and imported contacts.
The company also added the Huawei Assistant∙TODAY screen which shows the weather or music playback. This can even allow its users to use this gesture to wake up the Voice Assistant.
It can also display your reminders in real-time and sync messages and emails from your phone. Of course, it has the Voice Assitant that could be activated by pressing the Voice Assistant button and an independent music playback capability where you can set playlists to match your workouts even if your phone isn't on hand.
For battery, Huawei is claiming that it has up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge under typical usage and up to 7 days for heavy usage.
