It features a 2.0GHz MediaTek MT8786 octa-core processor

In terms of design, it features white bezels that are on the thick side. The HONOR Pad X8 Lite measures 240.2mm x 159mm x 7.55mm and weighs 460 grams. It features a 9.7-inch LCD screen with a 1280 x 800 resolution, and 156 ppi pixel density. The selfie camera is on the bezel.

Inside, it features a 2.0GHz MediaTek MT8786 octa-core processor, IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 32GB expandable storage, and a 5,100mAh battery. HONOR did not mention the RAM size but we sure hope it is at least 3GB. Fast charging was not mentioned as well. It also has a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera.

Other features include dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, OTG, stereo speakers, HONOR Histen technology, a microphone, and USB-C. It runs Android S with MagicUI 6.1 on top.

With the specs, it is expected to be a budget-friendly tablet. The current HONOR Pad X8 Lite is a WiFi model so there could be an LTE variant announced in the future. The exact price and availability are not yet confirmed but we will update you as soon as we get more information.
