Last month, a handheld leak from Logitech and Tencent's partnership emerged. This time, the said gaming device is officially unveiled.

Meet Logitech's Android gaming handheld!

The new gaming machine's design is quite far from the leak, while it poses the switch-like or steam deck looks. Logitech seemed to change the shape of the exterior and even the two grips below. The body also comes in White color with some contrast of Yellow for the G button and inner joysticks. While the Thumbsticks are in Black color.

It uses 7-inch IPS LCD screen with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, multi-touchscreen support, and 450 nits of peak brightness.

It is equipped with an 8nm 2.3GHz Snapdragon 720G 5G octa-core chipset since users will be playing via cloud services such as Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and Nvidia GeForce Now.

The device is also capable of local game streaming for Xbox and Steam and is also compatible with video streaming apps and games from the Google Play Store.

Moving forward the chipset is paired with 4GB RAM LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB expandable storage.

Logitech also promises straight 12-hour use on a single charge. It will also charge using a USB-C cable in around 2.5 hours.

Other features are XYAB face buttons, 4-way Dpad, 2 Joysticks, L1, L2, R1, and R2 triggers. It also has stereo speakers and a microphone with echo canceling and noise reduction. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack for your wired earphones and has haptic vibration for immersive gaming.

The handheld connects using 5G, dual-band WiFi, and  Bluetooth 5.1.

It runs Android 11 Operating System with Google Mobile Service.

It is now available for pre-order at the brand's website. Furthermore, you may also get it for a lower price by preordering now which makes it USD 299.99 (around PHP 17.5K). It will arrive sometime in October as Logitech says.

No word yet for its availability in the Philippines though so stay tuned.
