vivo V25 Pro 5G w/ 3D curved 120Hz screen, Dimensity 1300, and 64MP OIS cam launched in PH!

Along with the V25e and the vanilla V25, innovative China-based global mobile player vivo today launched the V25 Pro 5G in the Philippines.

The new vivo V25 Pro 5G is a premium-looking mid-ranger boasting a curved Flourite AG texture back with color-changing technology that is resistant to drops, scratches, and sweat.

In front, this is the first V series smartphone in the country with a high-end-looking 3D curved glass. In particular, it is a  6.56-inch 3D curved AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, and FHD+ 2376 x 1080 resolution at 398 ppi.

Inside, it is now powered by the speedier 3.0GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1300 octa-core processor with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. It is paired with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, Extended RAM 3.0 tech with up to 8GB additional RAM (total of 20GB RAM), 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage, and a larger 4,830mAh battery with faster 66W FlashCharge tech that can provide 40 percent battery life in just 15 mins of charge.

vivo also noted that the handset has the Smart Charging Engine with 24-Dimension Security Protection that reduces heat during charging to extend battery lifespan.

To keep the phone's overall performance in check, vivo used the Bionic Cooling System.

For cameras, it is loaded with the 64MP f/1.89 main cam with PDAF and OIS. It is paired with an 8MP f/2.25 105-degree ultra-wide-angle, 2MP f/2.4 macro cam (not again), and dual-tone LED flash.

It also has Real-Time Extreme Night Vision and an upgraded Portrait mode using an improved AI algorithm for a more natural skin texture.

Overall, it is an upgrade coming from the vivo V23 5G.
