ASUS has a new creator-focused laptop w/ 2 screens in PH under PHP 160K!

Taiwanese PC giant ASUS today launched its newest creator-focused laptop in the Philippines called Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED (UX8402).

ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED (UX8402) arrives in PH!

The device features a MIL-STD 810H rated body, iconic spun-metal finish, an illuminated ASUS Monogram lid, a 14.5-inch OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 2.8K resolution, and a next-generation ScreenPad Plus secondary display.

The primary display has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 93 percent screen-to-body ratio, DCI-P3 color gamut, 0.2ms response time, and Dolby Vision. It even has VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, SGS Eye Care Display, and PANTONE validation.

The secondary screen is a 12.7-inch full-width secondary touch screen that supports high-precision styluses like the ASUS Pen 2.0 (included in the box) for image touch-ups, digital calligraphy, animation, and graphics design.

The secondary screen could also be used for notetaking and other tasks like digital number keys and more, among others. This tilts by 12 degrees when the laptop is opened. ASUS claimed that this is an optimal viewing angle.

Auto-tilting design

It is called the Active Aerodynamic System Ultra (AAS Ultra) auto-tilting design that improves cooling and ergonomics.

ASUS IceCool Plus cooling system with two quiet IceBlades fans with up to 97 3D-curved blades that cool the two 8 mm heat pipes from the CPU and GPU to improve cooling further.

When closed

Inside, the device is boasting a 4.7GHz 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H 14-core processor paired with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti 4GB GDDR6 GPU designed to run most of the creator-focused apps and tasks like video editing, photo editing, and many more.

It is paired with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.

The battery capacity is rated at 76WHr with 180W charging.

This also has Harman Kardon speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Smart Amp for audio.

The device even has Cortana and Alexa voice-recognition support.
