Xiaomi 13 series promises fast performance with LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0

It already has been confirmed that the Xiaomi 13 series will feature the new flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. According to Xiaomi, this chipset is 37 percent faster in multi-core tasks than the Apple A16 Bionic chip. It is also expected to bring 42 percent better GPU performance than the A16 Bionic.
The company also said that the Xiaomi 13 series will be utilizing the fast LPDDR5X RAM with speeds of up 8533 Mbps. This memory bandwidth is similar to that of desktop PC chips allowing it to handle higher data throughput applications such as continuous shooting and HD video recording.
UFS 4.0 storage will also be used on the new flagship series from Xiaomi with a sequential read speed of up to 3.5 GB/s. That is double the speed of UFS 3.1. It is also sporting FBO storage refresh technology.

The Xiaomi 13 is touted to last for 1.37 days longer than the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Pro Max in the Xiaomi DOU battery life test, according to the company's CEO Lei Jun, who also uploaded benchmark charts comparing it with the iPhone 14 series.
We can expect more information once the launch becomes official.
