LG Smart TV users worldwide can now access MasterClass, a popular learning streaming platform with a wide range of subjects.
The said service is now available at LG's Content Store for Smart TVs with webOS 4.0 (2018 and up) which can also be opened using a voice command feature on Life's Good Hub.
Subscribers to MasterClass will learn from more than 180 lecturers and classes in categories such as Arts & Entertainment, Business, Design & Style, Sports & Gaming, and Writing, implying that there is a program for practically any need and interest.
Viewers can enter the kitchen of food truck "godfather" Roy Choi, design their career with former Teen Vogue editor-in-chief and multimedia icon Elaine Welteroth, find their inner negotiator with former lead FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss, learn leadership from former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi, and develop relational intelligence from renowned psychotherapist Esther Perel, among many other experts.
Both new and current MasterClass users can study and discover at a tempo that best fits their lifestyle, with each class consisting of roughly 20 video sessions that last, on average, 10 minutes each.
The use of cinematic imagery and up-close lessons gives viewers the impression that they are conversing directly with the instructors. Sessions by MasterClass provide a structured curriculum where participants may roll up their sleeves, get hands-on, and learn useful skills through step-by-step instruction from top instructors and a vibrant community of peers. This is ideal for those who prefer to learn by experience.
LG says that by introducing MasterClass to their consumers, they can fulfill their commitment to offering more versatile home entertainment experiences to their customers based on unique preferences, needs, and interests alongside new educational services that will be aired in late 2023.
