"Isumbong Mo Kay Chief" QR code goes online

Using their smartphones, the agency said users can just scan the QR code deployed in LTO offices.

From here, a survey form will appear where the details of the complaint or suggestion will be entered that can be read directly by the LTO chief himself and will also be conveyed to the chiefs of the various agency districts.

There is also an option in the survey form regarding what the complaint is about such as slow service, rude employees, untidy LTO office area, or the presence of fixers.

Tugade urges motorists to file their complaints using the online feedback mechanism platform.

This was initially launched at the Licensing Section of the LTO Central Office, East Avenue in Quezon City.
