MWC 2023: OPPO's SUPERVOOC S is a power management chip for fast charging!
When it comes to fast charging, safety is always a priority for OPPO. So, it developed a new chip called the SUPERVOOC S for power management.

According to OPPO, the new SUPERVOOC S chip is the first full-link power management chip. They are also claiming that this is the "power management" chip in the industry and full-link management of charge and discharge for the first time.
At the moment, this tech is only found on the OnePlus Ace 2 with 5,000mAh battery and 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging. This allows the device to be charged to 50 percent and 10 minutes safely.
How? It has a new smart charging engine and plenty of other control + safety features such as emperature control mode, intelligent extreme speed mode, extreme cold mode, charging optimization, and charging speed-up, among others.
Likely, OPPO and partner brands like OnePlus and realme will continue to use this tech on its upcoming devices. They will definitely need this on their solutions, especially now that they have SUPERVOOC charging solutions with ridiculously fast charging speeds.
