To those who missed it, the HONOR X9a 5G is one of the hottest mid-range smartphones in the Philippines today due to its stunning and robust display along with its surprising price tag of just PHP 16,990 for the overall specs.

This is the phone that features an elegant eye-catching design with a halo camera ring, ultra-durable 6.67-inch Super Reinforced Glass 45-degree curved 10-bit OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, and FHD+ resolution.

It also 6nm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor with 5G support, 8GB RAM, 256GB large storage, a 5,100mAh battery with USB-C 40W HONOR SuperCharge, 64MP f/1.8 main camera, and a 16MP selfie cam.

Verdict

HONOR X9a 5G's durable screen

All in all, this Honor X9a seems to be built to last, especially for clumsy people like me (just don't drop it on water, please).

It checks a lot of boxes that include light and elegant design, decent performance, 5G connectivity, 40W fast charging, and an amazing and durable display. 

This device is solid if those things are on your priority list, but if you like to play heavy games or take high-quality photos and videos, then there may be better options out there.

But in general, this phone is a bang for your buck and HONOR did not disappoint us.
