Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Series officially arrives in PH, price starts at PHP 8,999!

Three models from the long list of Note 12 series officially arrive in the Philippines.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Series is now official in PH!

Let's start first with the lowest variant among them which will be the vanilla Redmi Note 12.

To recap, the boasts a simple design on the back with a squarish camera island and comes with Mint Green, Ice Blue, and Onyx Gray color choices.

It uses a 6.67-inch Gorilla Glass 3-protected AMOLED dot panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2400 x 1080 resolution.DCI-P3 wide color gamut, and up to 1200 nits peak brightness.

Inside, it uses the 6nm 2.8GHz Snapdragon 685 octa-core chip with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM, 64GB or 128GB storage, 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charger.

For cameras, it has 50MP + 8MP + 2MP AI triple rear shooters and 13MP on the front.

The Pro variants!

Up next is the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G. This smartphone brings a 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD+ Flow AMOLED screen with Dolby Vision, HDR10+, DCI-P3 wide color gamut, and up to 900 nits peak brightness.

Inside, it has a 6nm MTK Dimensity 1080 octa-core processor with Mali-G68 GPU, 6 or 8GB RAM, 128 or 256GB storage, a 5,000mAh battery, and a 67W fast charger.

For cameras, the phone features 50MP Sony IMX 766 with OIS + 8MP ultra-wide snapper and 2MP macro helper.

Other features are an IP53 rating for splashproof rating, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, Dolby Atmos speakers, and a 3.5 audio jack.

Connectivity wise it has 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC2, and dual SIM (nano) support.

The next device launched is the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ variant. First of all this smartphone highlights a 200MP primary shooter + 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro snapper.

It sports the same display, processor, battery, other features, and connectivity. The noticeable difference lies in the primary camera sensor and the charging speed which is upgraded to 120W (19 minutes to fully charge). Another difference is the NFC 4 instead of 2 and single memory configuration of 8GB and 256GB.

The Pro and Pro+ variants get Android 12 with MIUI 14 skin out of the box. While the vanilla Redmi Note 12 has Android 13 with MIUI 14.
