Motorola Moto G Stylus 2023 launched: SD6G1, 120Hz screen and 50MP main cam!

Motorola announced a new version of the Moto G Stylus featuring a mid-range SoC, high refresh rate display, and high MP camera.

Motorola Moto G Stylus 2023 announced!

Similar to its predecessor, the Moto G Stylus 2023 comes in a familiar simplistic design and plain color Black or Rose Champagne.

At the front, it uses a 6.6-inch LCD (IPS) screen with FHD+ resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate, and is compatible with the provided stylus.

Inside, it features the 4nm 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 with an unspecified Adreno GPU. For context, this SoC is the successor to the SD 695 but comes with 35 percent increased GPU power and 40 percent in CPU.

The chip is paired with single memory configurations of 6GB RAM and 256GB storage.

While the battery has 5,000mAh coupled with USB-C 20W fast charging support.

For cameras, it has a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.88 aperture partnered with 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter with macro function. For selfies, it uses 16MP instead.

Other features noted are the stereo speakers and 3.5mm headphone jack slot.

Connectivity-wise, it has 5G, 4G, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS L1+L5, and single SIM support only.

For OS, the phone runs Android 13 with the MyUX interface on top. Motorola also promised one Major Android update and up to 3 years of security patches.

The phone will be available first in the US starting June 2 at Cricket Wireless. While the unlocked version will be available on June 16 at Motorola, Amazon, and BestBuy. No word yet for other markets as of now.
