MSI Prestige 16 launched: 13th Gen Intel processor, RTX 4060 Ti and 165Hz display!

MSI introduces a new laptop that will join the Prestige series, bringing updated internals.

MSI Prestige 16 launched!

The MSI Prestige 16 boasts a sleek and slim body of 17.9mm and it only weighs at 1.5kg. That is made possible due to the durable magnesium-aluminum alloy chassis.

It uses a 16-inch QHD+ (2560 x 1600) resolution (IPS) screen with a 165Hz smooth refresh rate.

Inside, the laptop has options of up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and can be paired with an NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti. While the memory configurations are up to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and it uses 1x M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD.

The battery uses a huge 82WHr size and can be charged using a 150W adaptor.

Other features noted are the FHD webcam with IR that can shoot 30 fps at 1080p resolution. It also has a single backlit keyboard, 2x 2W speakers, a fingerprint, and an ambient light sensor.

For ports, it has 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 with DP and PD 3.1 charging, another USB-C 3.2 Gen for data transfer, 1x  USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, a Micro SD card reader, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

For wireless connectivity, the MSI Prestige 16 uses WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.

On the software side, the laptop runs Windows 11 out of the box.

Unfortunately, no pricing details revealed as of now while MSI mentioned that it will be available in 2nd half of 2023.
