The next edition will be the 12R Pro variant highlighting an OLED panel with a size of 6.67 inches and comes with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
Inside, it features the 6nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 octa-core chip with Adreno 619 GPU. Redmi paired it with a hefty 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.
Powering the unit is the 5,000mAh battery and charges using USB-C and 33W power brick.
For cameras, the phone uses 48MP for the main, accompanied by a 2MP macro and an LED flash. While at the front, it uses a 16MP snapper.
Other features mentioned are the side-mounted fingerprint reader, IP53 dust and water resistance, and 3.5mm audio jack.
Connectivity-wise, it has 5G, 4G, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM support.
For OS, the phone runs Android 13 with MIUI 14 skin out of the box.

The device is now available in China. However, we will just have to wait if Xiaomi will bring this phone here. So far the Philippines have three models available from the Redmi Note 12 series.
