OPPO has just launched the new A98 5G in the Philippines.

OPPO A98 5G is the company's newest mid-ranger with a microscope camera in the Philippines!

It is a stylish-looking mid-ranger with the OPPO Glow design with fingerprint smudge resistance.

In front, it boasts a 6.72-inch LTPS LCD screen with FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 100 percent DCI P3 color gamut, and Panda Glass protection.

Under the hood, it uses a 2.4GHz 6nm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor with Adreno 619L GPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB expandable storage, and a large 5,000mAh capacity with USB-C 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging support.

OPPO claims that it can charge the device to 50 percent in just 18 minutes.

For cameras, it uses a 64MP f/1.7 primary shooter + 2MP mono sensor + 2MP microscope sensor with 20x or 40x zoom.

The device also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, dual-band WiFi, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and dual SIIM slots.

The device runs with Android 13 OS with 13.1 skin on top. It also has the 48-Month Fluency Protection to ensure that the device will run smoothly for years.
