vivo officially unveils the V29 5G series in the Philippines along with its price tag.

vivo V29 5G is now official in the Philippines!

To recap, it is a device that features an aesthetically pleasing design made of 3D glass at the back. It is available in Starry Purple and the Magic Maroon w/color-changing mode.

At the front, it comes with a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED with FHD+ 2800 x 1260 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, it has the 2.4GHz 6nm SD778G 5G octa-core chipset with Adreno 642L GPU, 12GB RAM, and storage options of 256GB or 512GB.

For battery, it has a 4,600mAh capacity that charges using USB-C and 80W Flash charger. vivo claims it can charge up to 50 percent in 18 minutes.

The cameras and Aura Light 2.0

The star of the night is the 50MP OIS Ultra-Sensing Camera + 8MP ultra-wide snapper + 2MP depth shooter. vivo also improved its built-in ring light now called 15.6mm Aura Light 2.0. It can now create 3D, soft, and non-dazzling light and can adjust its color temperature to the subject's surroundings.

Connectivity-wise, it has WiFi 6, 5G SA/NSA, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM (nano + eSIM). However, it still uses a single speaker.

For software, the phone runs Android 13 OS with FuntouchOS 13.1 skin out of the box.
