Google Camera is renamed to Pixel Camera!

The Google Camera was formerly exclusive to Pixel smartphones but now it is available in the Google Play Store and is changed to Pixel Camera.

Google also updated the description which now says "Never miss a moment with the fully redesigned Pixel Camera, and take fantastic photos and videos using features like Portrait, Night Sight, Time Lapse, and Cinematic Blur".

The features

The "Requirements" are defined by Google as follows: "The most recent version of Pixel Camera only works on Pixel devices running Android 14 and above. Only devices running Wear OS 3 or later that are linked to Pixel phones can use the most recent version of Pixel Camera for Wear OS. However, certain features are not available on some smartphones.

The listing's purpose is that Google wants to highlight the "Pixel 8 Pro Exclusive features" such as the 50MP High Res and Pro controls.
