JBL Authentics series speakers, PartyBox Ultimate and Spinner BT Turntable arrives in PH!

JBL's new products for the PH market include the Authentics 200, 300 and 500 Bluetooth speakers, the PartyBox Ultimate and the Spinner BT turntable.

JBL Authentics 200 and 300 Bluetooth speakers

A ton of new JBL products for the Philippines!

The first of the new products is the Authentics range of Bluetooth speakers with a retro design built with premium materials and modern technologies. It is made up of three models that are similar but with some variations. All three models feature seamless Bluetooth pairing, simultaneously available voice assistants, and music streaming services via WiFi, and come with intuitive controls. It does not have an internal battery.

The Authentics 200 comes with a 90-watt digital amplifier with DSP, dual 1-inch Silk Dome Tweeters, a 5-inch full-range mid-woofer, and a 6-inch passive radiator.

The Authentics 300 comes with a larger 100-watt digital amplifier with DSP, dual 1-inch Silk Dome Tweeters, a 5.25-inch full-range mid-woofer, and a 6.5-inch Passive Radiator. It has a built-in battery rated for 8 hours of playtime.

JBL Authentics 500 Bluetooth Speaker

The largest Authentics 500 comes with a massive 270-watt digital amplifier with DSP, triple horn-loaded 1-inch Aluminum tweeters, triple 2.7-inch high-excursion mid-woofers, a 6.5-inch Down-firing sub-woofer and a dual patented JBL Slipstream ports. It does not have an internal battery.

JBL PartyBox Ultimate

The next product is the new PartyBox Ultimate. It is a massive splashproof IPX4 Speaker with RGB lights that the brand claims can produce sound that can fill up to two basketball courts. It has a 2400 MHz to 2483.4MHz dynamic frequency response range, an 1100W RMS output power, 30Hz-20KHz frequency response, and a >80dB signal-to-noise ratio.

It measures 455 x 1049 x 440 mm and weighs 39.5kg. It is connected to other devices via USB, 5G WiFi, 5G WiFi, 2.4G WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, Aux-in, Mic-in, Guitar-in, and Bluetooth/USB Input.

The PartyBox Ultimate is compatible with the JBL One App and is IPX4-rated.

JBL Spinner Bluetooth Turntable

The last product is the brand's entry into the Bluetooth turntable market called the Spinner BT. It features an aptX HD Bluetooth-enabled record player. Its plinth is constructed from MDF (which should improve sound tonality), and the player features a die-casted aluminium platter and tonearm with a removable headshell. It comes with an Audio Technica moving magnet cartridge preinstalled. It features a speed sensor to minimize wo and flutter from the belt-driven platter.

All of these products will be available first at Abenson stores nationwide and from the Abenson website. It will then roll-out to other distributors soon.
