vivo Y200 5G launched: SD4G1, 6.67-inch AMOLED, and Aura Light portrait!

Apart from the vivo Y78t, there's another Y-series device announced by the brand it's called the Y200.

vivo Y200 5G launched!

The phone is marketed as a stylish entry-level device with a slim body at 7.69mm in measurement and 190 grams in weight. Another highlight here is the brand's Aura Light Portrait which we can see from the V-Series devices.

The front and back view

At the front, the phone uses 6.67-inch AMOLED with Full HD resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 800 nits of peak brightness.

Inside, the phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC with an unspecified Adreno GPU. For those who don't know, this chip is the successor to SD480 and Adreno 619.

The chip is paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

For battery, it has a 5,000mAh capacity that charges using a 44W flash charger and USB-C.

In the camera department, it has a 64MP main camera with f/1.79 aperture and OIS + 2MP depth shooter. Again it is using the Aura Light flash which can bring optimized lighting, particularly in low-lit situations. For selfies, it has a 16MP sensor.

Other features noted are IP54 water and dust resistance, Hi-Res Audio certification, and an in-display fingerprint reader.

Connectivity-wise, it is 5G, 4G, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS.

For software, the phone runs Android 13 with Funtouch OS 13 skin on top.

The device is now available on the brand's India website and Flipkart. vivo has not yet announced if they will bring this here in the Philippines.
