OPPO A2 announced: 90Hz LCD, Dimensity 6020, 50MP rear camera
OPPO introduces the latest member of its A-series of smartphones equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 and a 5,000mAh battery in China.

The new smartphone comes with a 6.2-inch LCD screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 2400 x 1080 resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate and a 680 nits peak brightness.
Inside is the 7nm MediaTek Dimensity 6020 octa-core processor, Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 2.2 storage, microSD card expansion, and 5,000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging via USB-C.
At the back of the phone are the 50MP f/1.8 main camera and the 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor with an LED flash. In front is the 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speaker, 3.5mm audio jack, IP54 water and dust resistance, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS.
The phone measures 165.6 x 76 x 7.99mm and weighs 193 grams.
Lastly, it will run on ColorOS 13.1-based Android 13 and will come in either Black, Green or Violet colorways.

It is now available for pre-order in China and will go on sale this November 6, 2023.
There is no word yet on International or Philippine pricing and availability.
