realme GT Series Global to make a comeback in 2024!

In an open letter, realme's CEO, Sky Li revealed a big product strategy titled "Top to Bottom Expansion" to global users at the start of the new year.

This strategy seeks to widen the product portfolio to include both premium and budget segments. Following the public debut of realme's brand update in early January, Sky Li's seldom-seen release of an open letter reinforces realme's confidence and ambition for 2024.

This year, realme will see the return of the GT series in overseas markets, representing the brand's pursuit of hardcore technology in the high-end segment. Simultaneously, the brand will launch the all-new Note series. Positioned as "long-lasting value, the Note series reflects realme's commitment to excellence in the entry-level smartphone market

In the open letter, Sky Li states, 

The birth of the Note series is not just the introduction of a product or an increase in market share; it is our response to challenges and an expectation for the future. We firmly believe that the greatness of technology lies not only in innovation but also in its popularization. For us, our products embody our dreams.

To recall, realme became the fastest-growing global smartphone brand established in 2018, It also showcased remarkable performance in the global smartphone market over the past five years. This time, with the return of the GT series and the launch of the Note series, realme boldly claims to further advance in the global smartphone market.

In 2023, we did not launch any flagship GT series globally, nor did we enter the price segment below USD 100. I believe that flagships should build the brand, showcasing our power in technology and innovation, while the entry-level series should build the volume, demonstrating our standards in quality control and precise production. This strategic move to launch the realme Note series marks the first time we are putting more effort into the entry-level smartphone segment, completing the full expansion of our product portfolio across all price ranges. The goal is to increase our market share and solidify our position as one of the top global mainstream brands. In 2024, we anticipate not only the resurgence of the high-end GT series but also the launch of the groundbreaking Note series.

As realme noted, the birth of the Note series is more than just the release of a product or a growth in market share; it is their answer to problems and a vision for the future. The phone maker is a fervent believer that technology's brilliance stems not just from innovation but also from popularization. For them, their new phones represent their dreams.
