realme 12 launched today in Indonesia featuring some unique upgrades for a mid-range.
To start, realme introduces its First Dynamic Button ever on their product. This can allow users to toggle between 7 functions such as opening the camera app or toggling DND mode by doing a long press.
The device also brings an identical design to its siblings with that large circular camera island and strip pattern at the center. It comes in Purple or Dark Green color choices for a little change.
At the front, it has a 6.72-inch LCD (IPS) screen with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 950-bit max brightness.
Inside, it is powered by the 2.2GHz 6nm Dimensity 6100+ octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage.
For battery, it has a 5,000mAh capacity that charges using a 45W power brick.
For cameras, it uses the 108MP ISOCELL HM6 sensor with f/1.75 aperture, 3x in-sensor zoom + 2MP depth shooter.
Other features are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and Hi-Res audio.
Connectivity-wise, it has 5G, 4G, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz) Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and dual SIM.
For OS, the phone runs Android 14 with realme UI 5.0.
