realme 12x 5G (Global) launched: Dimensity 6100+, 50MP camera, and 45W SUPERVOOC!

Following its China announcement a week ago, the realme 12x 5G makes its global debut.

realme 12x 5G (Global) is now official!

To recap, the phone features a familiar design of the 12 Series but this time, it comes with Twilight Purple or Woodland Green.

The phone's display

At the front, the phone boasts a 6.67-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution at 388 ppi, 950 nits max brightness. 240Hz touch sampling rate and 16.7M colors.

Powering the device is the 2.2GHz 6nm Dimensity 6100+ octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU,  4GB/6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The

On the battery side, there is a 5,000mAh capacity that charges using USB-C and 45W SUPERVOOC.

When it comes to the camera it has a 50MP main camera + 2MP monochrome sensor + 2MP AI helper.

Other features noted are a 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers, an IP54 rating for splash and water resistance, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and dual SIM.

On the software side, it runs Android 14 with realme UI 5.0.

realme 12x 5G 6GB/128GB - INR 13,499 (around PHP 9.4K)
