vivo has added the V30e 5G to the popular V30 series of devices.

vivo V30e 5G coming soon on May 2!

Unlike its siblings, the V30e 5Gs sports a circular camera bump and two color choices of Velvet Red and Silk Blue. You can also notice that vivo has opted to use AuraLight 2.0 instead of the 3.0 found on the V30 Series 5G.

Another highlight is the slim form factor despite featuring a slightly upgraded battery capacity.

At the front, it sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution.

Inside, the phone is equipped with a 2.4GHz 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 octa-core chipset with Adreno GPU.

While the memory configurations aren't confirmed. It is expected to bring an 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage.

For battery, it comes with a 5,500mAh capacity and 44W flash charging. vivo also claimed it is rated to have 1,600 charging cycles. This means that the battery health will be retained by 80 percent even after 4 years of usage.

The cameras

For cameras, it has a 50MP Sony IMX882 main shooter. However, the secondary camera is still unknown.

For selfies, it has a 50MP front-facing camera.

The rest noted are IP64 water and dust resistance rating, Android 14 with FunTouch OS 14.

vivo says it is coming soon this May 2 in India and is expected to be available at Flipkart and its local stores in that country. 

We're still unsure if vivo will release this in the Philippines.
