What's in vivo Y200 sold in China?

According to a report by GSMArena, the vivo Y200 series recently expanded in China with a new variant from the said product line. This features a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, which is different from the version sold in India that has Snapdragon 4 Gen 1.

The version in China also has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution. The screen itself has a 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut and supports up to 120 Hz refresh rate.

It has a punch hole for the 8MP selfie camera and a fingerprint scanner under the panel. The device has two back cameras–a 50MP main shooter and a 2MP lens for background blur in portrait shots.

As mentioned, it is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and has up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, expandable through a microSD card.

Its battery capacity is a massive 6,000mAh and supports USB-C 80W fast charging.

vivo offers the Y200 in China with OriginOS 4. All vivo phones sold in its home market come with Jovi assistant, which is now infused with generative AI based on vivo's Blue LM.

The vivo Y200 is available in Orange, White, and Black.

vivo Y200 - Starts at CNY 1,599 (around PHP 12.8K)

The first sale is scheduled for May 24.
