New foldables are coming? Samsung to launch new "AI" devices on July 10, 2024

South Korean tech firm Samsung recently sent out invites for its next "Galaxy Unpacked 2024" event happening on July 10, 2024, in Paris, France.

New foldable phones and more are coming?

There are no clear details about the launch yet except that it will feature the latest Galaxy Z Series and Galaxy ecosystem devices with the so-called "Galaxy AI" GenAI features. 

The expected highlight of the show is the release of the brand new Galaxy Z foldable (Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6). The devices are expected to bring improvements in design, build, and overall specs versus the Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 last year.

In case you missed it, Samsung is one of the largest foldable makers in the world. The company is usually in the number 1 spot in the global market share except when it was dethroned by Chinese rival HUAWEI last Q1 2024.

Other devices that are expected to launch include the Galaxy Ring and other Samsung wearables.

The event will be streamed live on  Samsung's official website, Newsroom, and YouTube channel at 9:00 PM Philippine time.
