vivo introduces the vanilla variant of its Pad3 series equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 with a 3D heat dissipation system and 144Hz display.

More affordable 4nm SoC-equipped tablet?

In March 2024, vivo introduced the vivo Pad3 Pro with the Dimensity 9300 SoC. The new vivo Pad3 now comes with the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core processor, 8GB/12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 128GB UFS 3.1/256GB/512GB UFS 4.0 storage, and a 10,000mAh battery with 44W flash charging via USB-C. 

In front is the 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 2,800 x 1,968 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 120Hz/144Hz/240Hz touch sampling rate. It has a 600 nits peak brightness and it covers the P3 color gamut with HDR10 support.

Around the tablet is the 6-speaker set-up with 3D panoramic audio. Other features include the 27,500 sq. mm. 3D heat dissipation system, hardware ray tracing and the new in-house BlueLM AI model.

At the back is the 8MP main camera while in front is the 5MP selfie camera. 

It supports the separately sold vivo Pencil2 Stylus and Smart Touch Keyboard. 

The tablet is running on OriginOS 4 for tablets. It measures 266.43 x 192 x 6.57mm and weighs 589.2 grams. Lastly, it will come in either Blue, Purple or Gray.

It is now available for pre-order in China and will be on sale this July 5, 2024.

There is no word yet on international or Philippine availability and pricing.
