OPPO K12x 5G announced: Dimensity 6300, Military-grade durability, 32MP main camera

OPPO has introduced an entry-level 5G phone with durable build quality.

The main highlight is the MIL-STD-810H certification which the brand claims has undergone rigorous testing in harsh environments and conditions that involve, heat, moisture, and shock resistance. Additionally, the device also offers an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

In front, it uses a 6.67-inch HD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits of peak brightness, Splash Touch technology, and houses the 8MP front camera.

Inside, the phone 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 expandable storage.

The battery uses a 5,100mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC USB-C fast charging.

In terms of cameras, it uses a 32MP main shooter + 2MP portrait camera + LED flash.

Others mentioned a side-mounted fingerprint sensor to open the device.

For connectivity, the phone is equipped with 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Android 14 with ColorOS 14 skin on top.
