UNISOC T760 announced!

The new processor uses a 6nm EUV manufacturing process with 8 cores in total. It comprises 4x Cortex A76 for performance and 4x Cortex A-55 for efficiency.

To handle the graphics, this chip uses ARM Mali-G57 MC4 GPU clocked at 780MHz.

The SoC also has NPU with 3.2 TOPS processing power which improves AI features such as facial recognition camera functions. The chip maker noted that this processor achieved 510,000 points in AnTuTu version 10.

UNISOC also mentioned the T760 can support Full HD+ resolution at 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ at 60Hz. Camera compatibility includes sensors up to 64MP and quad-camera setups, which are upgraded with UNISOC's Vivimagic 6.0 image engine and Acutelogic 3A technology for improved photo and video quality.

Another highlight here is the battery efficiency. UNISOC boasts this chip brings 37 percent less power draw when using 5G data connectivity and 18 percent lower when on standby thus increasing the phone's battery life.

The T760's connectivity features include NSA/SA 5G networks, GSM, WCDMA, TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, and advanced navigation systems such as GPS, Glonass, Beidou, and Galileo. It also supports Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, and memory configurations of up to 32GB of LPDDR4X RAM with EMMC 5.1 and UFS 3.1 storage.

Finally, it will be available in India first and will arrive in phones such as Nubia Mavericks 5G and CoolPad COOL 60 and is expected in some HMD devices.
