Canon Philippines introduced the two new EOS R full-frame mirrorless cameras in the Philippines to cater to the growing demands of professionals and enthusiasts.

Canon's best yet?
The two new cameras are the Canon EOS-R1 and EOS-R5 Mark II. The highlight of the event is the later. It comes with a 45MP Stacked CMOS full-frame sensor, 8.5-stops of sensor-shift image stablization and a Digic X Processor with Digic Accelerator co-processor. This allows for native ISO of 100-51200, 5,850 AF points, and Phase-detect AF. It has a shutter speed range from 30 seconds up to 1/8000 sec with the mechanical shutter.

At the back are the 5.76M dot electronic view finder and a 3.2-inch 2.1M dot fully-articulating LCD screen. It includes a built-in stereo microphone as well. It uses the LP-E6P battery that is rated for 540 shots.
For connectivity, the camera features a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, USB-C charging support, a full size HDMI port, a microphone port, a headphone port and remote control support.
The camera is environmentally sealed too. It measures 138 x 98 x 88mm and weighs 745 grams with the battery inside.

It will be available in stores nationwide soon after that.
Canon did not specify availability and pricing details on the EOS R1. Stay tuned for more information until then.
