HUAWEI MatePad 12 X unveiled
The tablet comes with an attractive fresh design available in color in White, Sakura Pink, and Greenery.
The highlight feature is the 144Hz LCD PaperMatte display which brings a similar texture to that of a real paper and less strain on the user's eyes. The display features 2800 x 1840 resolution, 1,000 nits peak brightness, 16.7M colors, and P3 wide color gamut.
Inside it is powered by a new chip called the Kirin T91 with eight cores although HUAWEI has remained silent regarding the details of the SoC. Anyways it is paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
For battery, it has a 10,100mAh size with 66W Turbo Charge.
When it comes to cameras, the tablet sports 13MP f/1.8 AF + 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide + LED flash. On the selfie side, it has an 8MP Smart Perception front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
Other features noted are the six speakers with HUAWEI SOUND for audio and 4x microphones for clear voice calls,
Connectivity-wise, it has WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2.
For OS, the tablet runs HarmonyOS 4.2 out of the box.

The device is currently available in the UK and Europe. There's no word for PH availability so stay tuned.
