Infinix is Aurora's new partner as they gear up for MLBB M6 World Championship

The Philippines' Aurora Gaming has partnered with tech company Infinix to gear up for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) M6 World Championship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This partnership isn’t just about technology—it's about opening doors for players to chase their dreams and showing the world what mobile esports can truly achieve, said Harry Leonardo, Esports and Gaming Strategy Manager at Infinix.

Aurora is already becoming a leading force in the global esports landscape and we want to empower professional gamers to reach the pinnacle of success and find their place in the history books of esports. Infinix shares the same vision, demonstrated by democratizing mobile gaming, said Rada Ocampo, Aurora MLBB Director.

Prior to this partnership, Infinix has been supporting the local esports scene, equipping players of all skills with gaming smartphones and innovations. It has also been the official phone sponsor of the MLBB Professional League (MPL) Philippines since Season 11, with the ultra-fast GT Series being the official tournament phone used by players since Season 13.

The Aurora MLBB lineup

During MPL Season 14, Aurora was one of two M6-qualified teams from the Philippines after finishing second. Consisting of talented players Renejay, Edward, Yue, Demonkite, Domeng, and Benthings, the team officially entered the MLBB competitive scene just last July. Meanwhile, the lineup is also headed by Coach Master the Basics and Dextar.

This partnership also extends until 2025, wherein Infinix will sponsor the team as Aurora MLBB competes in other local and international tournaments during this period as well.
