POCO X7 and X7 Pro launched in PH: 120Hz 1.5K OLED, 4nm Dimensity chip, 50MP main camera

POCO introduced the X7 and X7 Pro equipped with a fast 120Hz OLED screen, a 4nm MediaTek Dimenisity SoC, and 50MP rear main cameras.

The next X series smartphone from POCO is here!

First up is the POCO X7. It features a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a 2,712 x 1,220 resolution, a 3,000 nits peak brightness, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 2,560Hz instant touch sampling rate. It supports Dolby Vision, 12-bit color depth, and 1,920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It is Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protected.

Inside is the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra octa-core processor, Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 2.2, and a 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging via USB-C.

At the back are the 50MP f/1.5 main camera with a Sony LYT 600 sensor, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera with an LED flash. While in front is the 20MP selfie camera. 

Other features of the X7 are the In-Display fingerprint sensor, IR blaster, stereo speakers, IP68 dust and water resistance, 5G, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GLONASS, NFC, and dual SIM slots.

The X7 measures 162.33 x 74.42 x 8.4mm and weighs 190 grams. It comes in either POCO Yellow, Cosmic Silver, or Glacier Green colorways.

Meanwhile, the POCO X7 Pro comes with an IP68 dust and water-resistant body available in POCO Yellow, Nebula Green, or Obsidian Black colors.

In front, it has nearly the same 120Hz 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED with In-Display fingerprint reader but is Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protected.

Inside is the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra octa-core processor, Mali G720 MC6 GPU, 8GB/12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 4.0 storage and a 6,550mAh battery with 90W fast charging via USB-C.

At the back of X7 Pro are the 50MP f/1.5 main camera with a 1/1.95-inch Sony LYT-600 sensor with OIS and EIS, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 with an LED flash while in front is a 20MP f/2.2 selfie camera with a 1/4-inch OV20B sensor.

Other features of the X7 Pro include stereo speakers, Hi-Res Wired/Wireless Audio, IR Blaster, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM slots.

It measures 160.95 x 75.24 x 8.2mm and weighs 195 grams.

Both phones run Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0.
