Redmi 14C 5G launched: 120Hz 6.88-inch LCD, SD4G2, 50MP main cam

Redmi 14C 4G was announced in PH last August, and now a 5G variant appears.

A budget 5G phone!

It uses the same design with a large circular camera bump and is available in Black, Blue, and Purple colors.

In front, it adopts the 6.88-inch LCD (IPS) with 1600 x 720 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light, and flicker-free certification.

What changed here is the 2.2GHz 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 8-core SoC with Adreno GPU for 5G connection. It is paired with 4GB/6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB/128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

The battery features

In terms of battery, the phone uses a 5,160mAh capacity with USB-C 18W charging.

Camera-wise, it has a 50MP shooter with f/1.8 aperture + auxiliary sensor + LED flash.

Other features noted are IP52 rating for dust and water resistance, 3.5mm audio jack, bottom firing speaker with 150 percent volume.

Connectivity-wise, it has 5G SA, dual 4G, WiFI (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and dual SIM.

For OS, it runs Android 14 with HyperOS Skin on top.

Redmi 14C 5G 6GB/64GB - INR 10,999 (around PHP 7.4K)

The phone is now available in India through Flipkart, Amazon, and Xiaomi local stores. No word yet if this will come to the Philippines. We will update you once we hear information about it.
